📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible:

    • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags.

    • Must be returned in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase/receipt required.

🔧 Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Personal care products (beauty, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items & gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item:

  1. Return the product you have.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • You can cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank/credit card company to process.
